19-year old promoter T.J. Layne joined Dirt Nation to talk about the 3/8′s mile Rocky Top Raceway in Coal Grove, OH, how he got started, what it feels like to be a promoter at 19, how the drivers react to him, the competition at Rocky Top, Gen-X fans and his future plans.
