Former World of Outlaws Sprint Car driver and current O’Reilly All Star Circuit of Champions competitor Tim Shaffer of Alquippa, PA joined Dirt Cast to talk about his 2008 season which included action in both World of Outlaws and All Star competition, the difference between the Outlaws and All Stars, the start to the 2009 season, his team, running for the All Star Championship, the merry go round in sprint car racing, racing in Pennsylvania and his plans for the rest of 2009.
