2007 world of Outlaws Rookie of the Year and former Mr. DIRT Tim Fuller of Watertown, NY joined Dirt Cast to talk about his start to 2009, his Lucas Oil Late Model win at Hagerstown Speedway, going back to an older chassis, this year’s competition on the Outlaws, his choice of moving to late models, the big blocks, racing the tour from New York and his expectations for the remainder of 2009.
