Bob Harris sat down and talked to us up the upcoming IMCA Harris Clash (July 7-8, 2009) and the famed Knoxville Raceway. Not only is it now a two-day event, but the modifieds will have a new qualifying format. Harris also talked about how the event has grown since its first race back in 1982.
