UMP Late Model driver and race track promoter Steve Sheppard Jr. of New Berlin, IL joined Dirt Cast to talk about his career, his start to the 2009 season, his performance thus far in the Summer Nationals, his meltdown (as he calls it) with Dennis Erb, the competition on the Hell Tour, being second in UMP National points, what it will take for him to win the championship, becoming a track promoter, Shepp’s Speedway, the difficulty in being a promoter, his great relationship with his dad, racing with his son and his plans for the future.
