Tim Ward (Meas, AZ) may be only fifteen years old, but he is starting to make headlines. Ward drove the LaFrance Motorsports, Victory Chassis number 4tw to a win this year on the IMCA Wild West Modified Tour, and he looks to try his hand at the IMCA Super Nationals for the first time in 2009.
