2011 Lucas Oil Late Model Series Quartermaster Rookie of the Year Jared Landers of Batesville, AR (now living in Mooresville, NC) joined Dirt Cast to talk about his start to the season, not doing as well in Florida as he would have liked, getting used to the new Barry Wright chassis, finally finding the right setup, his March Madness win at Cherokee, what the win does for his confidence, the short field, having a new teammate, the pairing, the number change, Clint Bowyer Racing and his plans for the upcoming weeks.   1. Hey Jared, heard alot about you, from your dad and brother Gavin. Had the opportunity to meet them here in Florida, as a friend of mine is working on your brothers truck, and a late model, his name is Jarred warren. I have a warehouse next to Jarred. I went to the Orlando speedway with your Dad and Gavin, and helped with the truck there. Gavin finished second, then went to New Smyrna speedway the following night, where Gavin won, although there was only one other truck there, but to me a win is a win, your Dad was really happy, he is a great guy and we all enjoy him and Gavin.
